Designed for a client whose lifestyle blends living, collecting, and play, this Livingston Woods residence reimagines the home as a personal campus — where architecture supports passion, movement, and everyday life.

At the heart of the design is a gallery-like garage that elevates the client’s exotic car collection into an integral architectural element, visually and spatially connected to the main living areas. Extending this idea beyond the walls, a custom go-kart drive weaves through the property, turning the landscape itself into an experiential loop — part circulation, part recreation, and part expression of the owner’s enthusiasm for motion and performance.

Set within a natural, estate-scale site, the home balances bold architectural moments with restraint, allowing landscape, light, and outdoor living to shape daily life.
