Tennis  Court  House

Completed in 2021, H-Level Architecture designed this private residence for a family of tennis professionals who relocated to Sanibel Island, Florida. Surrounded by mangroves and native island vegetation, the family envisioned a fully screened-in tennis court adjacent to the home. Achieving that goal required navigating strict local jurisdiction and Design Review Board guidelines. H-Level secured approval by thoughtfully integrating the enclosure into the site and softening its presence with strategic landscaping.

Built on raised pilings, the home rises two additional stories above the covered carport and pool deck. It includes two bedrooms, three and 1/2 baths, and expansive terraces that connect the interior living spaces to the outdoors.
